You can cancel your Proxmox subscription at any time. A billing cycle lasts one year from the purchase date. If you cancel within this period, your subscription service will remain active until the end of your paid term.
A Proxmox subscription renews automatically every year. 30 days before your renewal date you will receive a renewal invoice.
If you do not want to renew, you can request a cancellation:
- Log in to your client area.
- Navigate to "My Services" and select the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Click "Cancel." The subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.
Already activated and paid subscriptions and services cannot be refunded.
